The personally liable partner Bertelsmann Management SE approved the Consolidated Financial Statements for submission to the Supervisory Board of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA on March 9, 2018. The Supervisory Board’s task is to review the Consolidated Financial Statements and to declare whether it approves these.
